[tbc] Tulsa Biking hits a larger audience

For those of you who do not know, the Adventure Cycling Association  
sends out a periodic e-mail publication called "Bike Bits." Tulsa this  
time actually got a blurb written about it:

"CYCLING ON TULSA TIME
We don't know if Crystal had anything to do with it--or if she even
knows about it--but these cruiser bikes, available to borrow through
a new program in Tulsa, Oklahoma, look awfully pink to us. They're at
the center of the Tulsa Townies bicycle project, inaugurated last
summer by the Saint Francis Health System to promote active, healthy,
non-polluting lifestyles in the "Oil Capital of the World."
