[tbc] Wednesday Nite Light Ride

Larry Thompson and I are trying to get the Wednesday Nite Lite Ride back up
and riding.

Until the construction is completed and the parking lots at the River's
Edge Cafe are reopened, we should meet in the parking lot at 31st &
Riverside. at 6pm.

Even though it's now Daylight Savings Time, it stills gets dark before we
get back, so lights are required, as are helmets.
