[tbc] ready for a change

I have been TBC webmaster for close to 5 years now and would like to
transition it to someone else within the next year or two. If anyone is
interested in doing this important job for the club, please let me know.
Some basic programming knowledge is helpful to doing this job.

 

The website is written using the PHP programming language and uses a MySQL
database.
