[tbc] 2009 TBC Nominations

The time has come to establish a committee for nominations for the 2009 TBC
officers - President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. I am writing
you to ask that you serve on the nominations committee for the coming year.
I ask that (1) you let me know if you want to serve and (2) let me know when
you would like to meet and (3) find at least one member that is qualified
and willing to run for each office in the TBC. Thanks for your 
consideration.
