[tbc] Kudos for Reasors Grocery Store

Today, I rode my bike to Reasors at 41st & Yale, and I just hated putting my
bike in the rack, which had been moved to a hidden alcove on the West side
of the entrance, in a mulch bed next to the little garage door where they
shove all the shopping carts after they pick them up from the parking lot.
I saw the security guard and asked if I could park it in the lobby, and he
said okay, as long as I didn't block anything. I brought it in and parked
it next to a pole, and he said he'd stand there with it till I got back.
When I came out, the manager was chatting with him. I thanked the guard for
watching my bike, and asked the manager "Didn't that bike rack used to be
over there on the other side of the entrance?" "Yes", he replied, "People
kept thinking that exit door next to it was an entrance, so we moved the
bike rack." "Oh", I said, "I don't feel safe parking my bike over there
(where it is now). It's in a mulch bed, and nobody can see it if someone
steals it." "Well", he replied, looking at the security guard, "I think
people have figured out where the entrance is by now. Wanna help me move it
back?" I thanked them as they went to move it. As I was leaving, they
carried it past me, and the manager winked and said with a chuckle to the
security guard "I TOLD you this wasn't a good idea." I thanked him, and
told him I'd ride my bike to Reasor's more often now.
