This is forwarded from the Tulsa Wheelmen List. The bicycles being given away are 100 of the 300 new Schwinn bikes (the ones that are being assembled next week) that weren't given away to Little 100 riders. The youth will receive free helmets too.

The free bikes are for older kids, middle school and high school. It is my understanding that the kids who have registered so far range in age from 11 - 16.

The program is limited to the first 100 registrants and everything is free. Call Babette Frederick at Lee's Bicycles to register. The number is 744-6094.
