Good Morning Again!
 
    I just found out that the Parks and Recreation Dept will issue donation
letters to those contributors who give by check or those giving cash and
providing their mailing information.  
    Checks should be made payable to City of Broken Arrow with a notation on
the memo line indicating "Susan Knapp Memorial Bench" and given to me.  I
will collect the checks and forward them to the Parks Dept along with a
check for the cash after the bench has been funded.  If we raise more than
the amount needed, they will use the overage to plant a tree/trees in her
memory.
