[tbc] Directions to Sringfield by bike?

  Richard, David and Vance met a cross-country bike rider in Stroud today,
they have given her directions to Tracy and I in Claremore and she should be
here by Thursday.  They also asked if I could help her with directions on to
Springfield Mo.  Can anyone help me with the best way and roads to take her
to Springfield Mo?

She started in Seattle, Washington and is head across country on a three
month odyssey.
