Come to the Tulsa Bicycle Club's June program this Thursday evening,
June 7th, at 7pm at the Martin Regional Library, 26th & Garnett, and
find out what to do in these and many other situations.

 

>From suggestions for first aid to things you need to do (or not do) for
an injured companion while waiting on medical assistance to what
information you should be carrying to help emergency personnel assist
you when you can't speak for yourself;  all this and more will be
covered.

 

Our presenter is Jim Winham of the Tulsa Fire Rescue team.  Jim is a
nurse and EMT and is the EMS Training Coordinator for the Tulsa Fire
Department.  He's seen it all and can give us good, practical, and
timely information related to caring for ourselves and others when we're
injured on the road.
