[tbc] lost a set of wheels ?

AS I was coming to the office early this morning (Monday), I saw a set of wheels leaning against the wall of a wash bay at the Car Wash on 15th Street (next to the Full Moon).
Looks like they were left there laate last night or early this morning.
The attendant has them but there is no phone at the business.
