[tbc] Liberty Way Bike Path caution

Last Sunday, Kelly and I noticed a significant amount of broken glass at two
separate parking lots along the Liberty Way Bike Trail (the one in BA along
the Creek turnpike). I asked the BA government action line about it and
received the response below.

We have had problems with car break ins at the bike trails Please secure all
of your valuables in the trunk of your car

....we are installing cameras in some locations be alert and report any

This weekend I was running along the bike path from Aspen to Garnett. The
trail parking lot on Aspen and the one on New Orleans both had a significant
amount of broken glass. It looked like it could have been from a windshield.
Have there been car break in attempts in these parking lots? Is it safe to
leave my car in either lot while I am running?
